How Kennedy spent his time during his 'professional development'
Submitted by 999wakeupct on 10/17/2012 11:10 amBased upon the work obligations evidenced (or not evidenced) by BOR President Kennedy’s calendar while he was away for the summer of 2012, it sure looks like he owes a whole ton of money to the state of Connecticut for the work and professional development activities that he did not do. Based upon an annual salary of $340,000, he probably owes the state about $39,000 ($1,300 per day X 30 days). Whose obligation is it to collect that money? BOR? Comptroller? Governor? State Police?
Auditors of Public Accounts? Legislature?
